Yoga Instruction
Specializing in Hatha yoga, my yoga classes that support my students’ connection with their bodies and breath. Each class aims to find a balance between effort and relaxation.
Yoga is deeply personal, so I use a trauma-informed approach and tailor my teaching to each student’s unique needs, offering thoughtful modifications and accommodations.
My classes incorporate the 8 limbs of yoga, which include yogic ethics, absorption, meditation, concentration, breath, sense withdrawal and physical practice.
Sessions available
Starting at 60 minutes
- Individual yoga sessions

- Corporate yoga, breathwork, meditation and wellness sessions
Class formats: Hatha, slow flow, gentle, restorative and beginner yoga

Assisted Stretch
Using proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), I provide one-on-one assisted stretching. Using PNF allows for a deeper stretch than you’d be able to achieve on your own and helps to improve mobility over time.
Assisted stretching is beneficial for anybody who wants to support their recovery routine. It’s a great tool for people who:
- want to improve their flexibility
- are training for a race or other milestone
- have a busy life and need help relaxing
- work out without focusing on stretching
- feel the tension that comes from working at a desk
- want to reduce chronic pain
This service is also great for anybody who wants to start a movement routine and doesn’t know where to begin.
Sessions available
- Individual stretches
- Starting at 50 minutes
- Packages available at a discounted rate
- Facilitated in client’s home or office
- Corporate wellness packages
- Stretches provided in 15 or 25 min increments
- Minimum: 2 hour workplace stretching session
